How we met
October 2015
I remember when I met my fiance at a friend's party in October 2015, he was making eye contact with me and I was like "what is wrong with this one" He walked up to me to ask for my number which I reluctantly gave him. We became friends and eventually lost contact when he traveled back to the UK in November. On the 5th of March 2016 he called with an international number...I didn't even know he was the one and spoke rudely to him to hurry up because my beloved rice and fried stew was getting cold...he then sent a text to reintroduce himself. On the 11th of March we started dating...he showed me the true meaning of love and happiness. He is that one person I can talk to for hours and not get tired or run out of things to talk about. I am so glad I gave him my number. Fast forward to Jan 17 2017 he asked me to be his wife after an amazing dinner and I told him yes!
The Proposal
17th Jan, 2017
It was a day after his birthday. On that faithful day we were at Apartment Royale in Ikeja. I bought a cake and decorated our room because I didn't have the opportunity to celebrate his birthday with him. When he came into the room he was so happy and couldn't believe his eyes. We took pictures and we headed back to the restaurant because I was hungry. Little did I know that he already planned with the waitress at the restaurant but I noticed the lady was looking at me with so much admiration....as I was going through the menu to select my dinner I saw my babe kneeling on beside with a beautiful ring asking me to be his wife and I said YES
